Our Doctors are graduates of University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, University of Maryland, Medical College of Virginia, Baylor College of Dentistry, University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Howard University College of Dentistry, Central University of Venezuela, Virginia Commonwealth University and Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine . We have been serving Fairfax County for over 33 years! All of the Doctors take continuing education courses to keep up with the latest dentistry has to offer. We take pride in our training and the ability to see children and Seniors, and do everything from simple fillings to replacing teeth with artificial tooth roots (implants).
Dr. Nikki Nguyen is our Orthodontist. After completing her undergraduate studies with honors at Virginia Commonwealth University, she received her dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and went on to specialty training in Orthodontics at Temple University. In addition, she attained a post Doctoral Master's degree in Science of Dentistry. She is a Board Certified Diplomate of the National Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Nguyen is also certified in INVISALIGN treatment which is the best and only non-visible form of removable orthodontic therapy. She has been treating children, teenagers and adults in Northern Virginia since 1994. Its never too late to have a beautiful smile! If you missed the chance as a teenager, NOW is the time to make it right! If straight beautiful teeth are your desire, Dr. "Nikki" as the kids call her, is the one to see. Dr. Nikki is active at the local church and enjoys being a soccer mom. She loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.
Dr. Melanie Chou is our Board Certified Periodontist of the American Board of Periodontology. After receiving her B.S. in Biological Scienes at the University of South Carolina she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and obtained her M.S.D. in Periodontics from Virginia Commonwealth University. She treats the gums and supporting structures. She also places artificial tooth roots (implants) when there are missing teeth that need to be restored. She is familiar with the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques for treating periodontal (gum) disease. Dr. Chou is married and has a beautiful daughter.

Drs. Dinh, Rahman and Wang are our family dentists in the Fairfax office (703-425-3737) and Dr. Colospate, Grande, and Zurmati practice family dentistry at the Springfield location (703-644-0080). They diagnose and treat all aspects of dental needs for our patients and work closely with our specialists to provide the best comprehensive care for you. In addition to periodontal (gum) care, implant placement (replacement of missing teeth), we have specialty care in Endodontics (root canal treatment) as well. Dr. McGarry is our teeth whitening expert and can provide several different options for you to obtain your brightest smile!
